Knowing Your Limit

Responsible drinking of any kind of alcohol requires knowing your limit – and to do that, you need to be informed of the consequences of going past the limit.

Of course, it may be tempting to be irresponsible for a night when you may be at a special occasion. Temptation can result in serious consequences if there are no back up plans for safety, such as having a designated driver to get you home. But, setting up limits is the first – and best – line of defence for safety and long-term health.
